Role at ODC
As CEO, Tony is committed to steering ODC toward new horizons, blending the best practices of shell construction with an entrepreneurial spirit that propels his team to innovate, create, and exceed expectations.
From the earliest days of his career in residential home building, Tony understood the power of data to drive efficiency and transparency. Today, under Tony’s leadership, ODC’s proprietary ERM software, CrewSuite, ensures that ODC has the smartest data in the industry.
Tony has also long understood the importance of relationships. By prioritizing open communication, transparency, and customer satisfaction, ODC has established lasting partnerships with production home builders and garnered a reputation as a solutions-oriented company that puts the needs of its customers first.
An active and visible leader in the industry, Tony served as President of the Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA), an organization with whom he remains engaged to this day.
Prior to ODC, Tony spent 13 years as a homebuilder for large and boutique builders where he was responsible for the construction of thousands of homes in Central Florida. Tony has led an impressive array of roles including superintendent, purchasing manager, land development manager, project manager, and director of operations.
