Professional Experience
Mike leads ODC Construction’s operations in the Carolinas. Based in Charlotte, and conducting work across North and South Carolina, Mike oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of residential and commercial projects. Mike is a true veteran with more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry spanning various roles from a project manager, to superintendent, and builder.
Mike’s core competencies include project bidding and estimation; construction safety and quality; subcontractor supervision and training; and budget and schedule management. He has a proven track record of completing projects on time while controlling costs. He also has a proven track record establishing and maintaining positive, productive relationships with employees, subcontractors, clients, developers, architects, and the public. Mike’s mission is to provide professional, reliable, high-quality construction services that exceed expectations and create value for all stakeholders.
