Professional Experience
Chris oversees field operations throughout the state of Florida where his teams build more than 9,000 shells a year. Every day, Chris’ teams partner with the state’s major home builders to deliver foundations, framing, block, siding and trash management services on time and on budget.
Chris’ teams include five Directors of Construction, a Director of Framing Operations, 14 Area Managers, two Scheduling Managers and sixty Field Managers. All of whom stay focused on the big picture – that they’re building the foundations where families will live out their dreams.
Chris’ 13-year tenure at ODC prepared him well for his current role. He was hired as a Field Manager, was promoted to Area Manager and promoted again to Director of Construction for Central FL. A veteran of the residential construction industry, prior to joining ODC, Chris worked as a Construction Manager for several large home builders.
