Alex spent six years leading sales for ODC in Central Florida, successfully securing work from production builders of all sizes. Today, he partners with the VP of Business Development to lead sales for the entire company. Together, the vice presidents supervise a team of sales directors across eight regions, overseeing strategy, planning, training, CRM implementations, and more. Alex’s focus on account management ensures each new client’s seamless integration with ODC’s systems and consistent account growth over time.

Alex’s success is driven by his ability to leverage his extensive experience across multiple industries. His diverse background includes managing his family’s produce company across three states, holding a regional sales position for a retail manufacturer, and owning and operating his own small business. These experiences have culminated in his current positions within the construction sector, starting with a window manufacturer and later a low-voltage firm.

With a keen understanding of business dynamics and a commitment to excellence, Alex has played an integral role in numerous projects and initiatives. He has contributed to the industry by holding seats on various builders association committees, reflecting his dedication to professional growth and community involvement. Outside of his professional life, Alex enjoys spending time with his kids, on and off the sports field, which further fuels his passion for innovation and leadership in the construction industry.
